From enquiry to delivery
Tell us the category, quantity and destination country. We reply within 24 hours with indicative pricing and feasibility.
Stock samples or made-to-order prototypes. Sample fees credited against the first order; freight collect.
Confirm material, dimensions, marking, packaging and labels. Proforma invoice and production slot issued.
Production runs to schedule with photo records at key steps; mid-run progress photos or video on request.
Full or AQL inspection before dispatch; third-party inspection (SGS, BV) welcome.
Courier, air or sea freight with packing list, invoice and destination clearance documents.

First order: 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L. Repeat clients can discuss 30-day terms. Quoted FOB by default; CIF and DDP available at destination rates.

Not every buyer needs all of these — but when you ask, we should have them.
Business licence, export registration, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin.
Material origin statement (livestock by-product) and batch records. CITES status confirmed per batch; US importers should note Lacey Act declaration requirements.
Silver assay reports, food-contact heavy-metal migration testing to destination standards, declaration of conformity.
